Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period for a further term in accordance with the subscription package selected – renewal may occur several business days prior to the last day of the existing period. To cease automatic renewal of any subscription, you must notify Yun Ao in writing at least 10 business days prior to the renewal date.
Minimum terms may apply to subscriptions.
Failed payment attempts will result in the suspension of your account and services until payment has been brought up to date. If the payment is not made after 1 month, the account may be terminated.
